Waves in paradise
We have all dreamed of spending our vacations in an earthly paradise, a place of dream beaches with paradisiacal landscapes, white sand, turquoise and crystal clear water, mangroves, jungle, perfect weather and surfing the most spectacular and perfect waves in the world, for all levels depending on the time of year. This is the Mentawais Islands, an archipelago of 70 virtually untouched volcanic islands located about 150 km off the west coast of Sumatra in Indonesia.
Most of our surf trips are in the northern area which includes the famous “Playgrounds” area in Siberut, where we find waves like Kandui, Rifles, 4 Bobs, Good Times, Pistols, Ebay, Beng Beng, among others. Even local secret spots that we also want to show you. Within a maximum radius of 35 minutes we find more than 20 surfable waves, allowing you to choose which waves to go: left, right, both…, for beginners, for advanced…
