Yes, you can cancel at any time. But depending on when you cancel, a cancellation fee may apply. Usually 100% of the total amount for cancellations within 2 months prior to the trip start date. And usually 20% for cancellations more than 2 months before the trip start date. But that depends on the actual terms of the package/trip/destination you book with us.
